This institute will be charged with defining the intersection between high value agricultural plantings and farm products that will thrive in the area. Important tasks will include the study of methods to minimize water use and improve the ecology. As a primary research and testing facility, the Institute uses its campus for study gardens and greenhouses. It will research practical applications for hydroponics in greenhouse and manufacturing building rooftop applications.
