Computer Science Curriculum

The curriculum focused on development of programming languages and system architecture, with an emphasis on challenging final projects.

The first course in assembler required a project developed in IBM 370 assembler code that was itself an assembler. One of my test program printed biorhythm charts. The PL/1 class project was an interpreter of PL/1 structure programming language extensions.

The capstone computer project was a comprehensive operating system simulator developed in assembler language. It included simulation of virtual memory management, multiprocessing and multitasking.

Other Courses
Other courses included mathematical and finite state system simulation, machine theory, advanced statistics, philosophy, math and physics
Language
I enrolled in German conversation and composition following comprehensive tests for German 1 through 4.
