No building structure should be higher than Lang Ya Tai, to preserve the beauty of the mountain, and to ensure that Lang Ya Tai remains the most important symbol in the area — the pre-eminent brand of Lang Ya. We recommend that no buildings be built with a height exceeding 100-meters above sea level, thus providing a distinct contrast to the regional topography.
